Ankur Sharma is a Co-founder at Rebel Foods, currently leading the Central Procurement Team (CPT), Culinary Innovation Centre (CIC), and People & Culture (P&C) verticals. In addition to his core responsibilities, Ankur also heads the program focused on onboarding and scaling new third-party (3P) brands on the Rebel ecosystem – whether through hosting, investments, or franchising. As a part of the program, Rebel Foods has partnered with renowned brands like Wendy’s, Mad Over Donuts, Naturals Ice Cream, and Baskin Robbins, and has also invested in SLAY Coffee, Biryani Blues, Zomoz, and SMOOR. Ankur played a pivotal role in bringing Wendy’s to India as part of this initiative. Ankur, a graduate of Punjab Engineering College and IIM Indore, has worked with well-known brand partners including Naturals Ice Cream, Mad Over Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Anand Sweets, etc., he also played a vital role in developing customer-first solutions for Rebel Foods.
