Puneet Asthana has joined as Executive Director and CTO of Shriram Wealth Ltd. He will also lead the IT strategy and digital transformation of the Group’s capital markets initiatives. With over 24 years of experience at firms like ICICI Securities, HDFC Securities, and Reliance Communications, he brings deep expertise in IT governance, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. Known for aligning strategy with execution, Puneet holds an engineering degree, an executive MBA from JBIMS, and has completed an MDP at ISB.
