Namrita has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of multinational conglomerates and respected institutions like the Tata Group, Mahindra Group, and Aditya Birla Group, re-architecting their business models, customer experiences and operations,helping them embrace cutting-edge digital & technological advancements to be future ready. Most recently, Namrita was Chief Digital and Information Officer at Aditya Birla Chemicals, part of the USD$ 100bn + marketcap, Aditya Birla Group. Namrita has been featured by CDO Magazine for two consecutive years on the Global Data Power Women List 2024 and 2025 which is a list of extraordinary women honored for their visionary leadership, innovation and mentorship in data, analytics and AI. With over 35,000 followers on LinkedIn, Namrita was named a LinkedIn Top Voice in 2024. Additionally, in her role as an AI evangelist, she launched “AITalksByNamrita”, a platform that embodies her commitment to shaping the future of AI through multi-sectoral ecosystem play, global interdisciplinary experts sharing their perspectives and collaboration on AI to solve complex problems and create impact at scale. Season one was launched in 2024 and season two of “AI Talks by Namrita”, will be launched in H2, 2025. Namrita is a mentor at both Stanford Seed Spark program and India’s largest incubation center, T Hub, where she nurtures the next generation of entrepreneurs. She also advises startup CEOs globally, demonstrating her influence in fostering innovation and leadership across multiple sectors. Namrita has a keen interest in Responsible AI and teaches the subject on the Digital Twins Course at the University of Oxford. She was also a founding Steering Committee member for Generative AI at Aditya Birla Group and a Mentor at its learning academy, Gyanodaya. Recognized for her work in Responsible AI, Namrita was selected as a finalist at the VentureBeat’s, 5th Annual Women in AI awards under the “Responsibility and Ethics of AI: Thoughtfully building AI that leads to a better and more equitable world” category. Actively contributing to industry bodies over the past decade, Namrita has been serving in leadership roles across prestigious organizations including NASSCOM, CII, IAMAI and also advised state governments from time to time on their AR/VR and AI strategy Namrita’s profound industry influence is further evidenced by numerous accolades including Winning “Corporate Woman Leader in Business Transformation” award by CII; CIO100 Game Changer award by Foundry and being recognized as one of the 23 trailblazing women by the HR Association of India.
