Sandhya is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience across financial services, operations, technology, risk management, and digitalization. Her career spans global roles with Deutsche Bank, Thomson Reuters, AXA, and the TVS Group. She has extensive board experience, including positions with Swiss Re Shared Services, NASSCOM Foundation, and several start-ups. Sandhya is committed to social impact initiatives and currently serves as a Governor on the Board of IIIT Delhi, while also advising and consulting for various organizations. She holds a Master’s in History and Marketing and actively supports women in technology and entrepreneurship.
