PRESTIGE POINTS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern participation in Prestige Points Program (“Program“) conducted by Times Strategic Solutions Limited (“Organiser“) during the Event (defined below). By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. DEFINITIONS:
    • “EVENT”: 27th Annual CIO & Leader Conference to held on 30th July 2026 to 2nd August 2026 at Jaipur.
    • “CIO Prestige Program”: is the Program for CIOs attending the Event, where points can be earned through active participation and engagement with the Event agenda as specified in these Terms and Conditions and/or announcement made during the Events.
    • “Next 100 Winners Prestige Program”: is the Program for the Next 100 Winners attending the Event, where points can be earned through active participation and engagement with the Event agenda as specified in these Terms and Conditions and/or announcement made during the Events.
    • “Prestige Points”: shall mean the points earned by the participants during the Event through the Mobile Application by following these terms and conditions.
    • “Program”: CIO Prestige Program and Next 100 Winners Prestige Program shall be hereinafter collectively referred as Program.
    • “Application”: A mobile application of the Organiser, granting access to participants of the Program, through which they can earn and track their Prestige Points. Participants would be required to download this mobile application on their hand-held device.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY:
    • Participation in the Program is by invitation only, extended to Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and winners of Next 100.
    • Participation in the Program is voluntary and is provided at no additional cost to participant.
    • Employees of Organiser and the participant’s immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate.
  2. MOBILE APPLICATION.
    • Participants shall register and create an account on the Application by providing complete, accurate and up-to-date information as may be mentioned in the Application.
    • The use of Application shall be governed by these terms and conditions as well as Terms of Use of the Application.
    • Participants shall use the scanning functionality available within the Application to scan the designated QR codes or such other identifiers as may be notified by the Organiser during the Event for the purpose of earning Prestige Points.
    • Prestige Points shall be awarded only upon successful verification of the relevant scan or activity through the Application.
    • Application shall serve as official digital platform for the Event and may provide participants with access to, inter-alia, their personal profile, Event dashboard, Event agenda and schedule, speaker and session information, exhibitor and sponsor details, networking features, event announcements and notifications, their Prestige Points dashboard, current rank in the Program, overall leaderboard, history of Prestige Points earned, QR code scanning functionality for earning Prestige Points, surveys, feedback forms and such other features and functionalities as may be introduced by the Organiser from time to time. The information displayed on the Application shall be based on the Organiser’s official records, and the Organiser’s determination in this regard shall be final and binding.
  3. PRESTIGE POINTS
    • Prestige Points shall be awarded only for activities announced by Organiser. Following are the tables for each Event and how their points are rewarded

  • Any additional or variation in the activities shall be announced during the Event by Organiser.
  • Time is the essence.
  • Organiser reserves the right to verify, amend or reject any Prestige Points claimed by a participant where the prescribed qualification criteria has not been fulfilled.
  • Organiser’s determination regarding Prestige Points shall be final and binding.
  1. WINNER SELECTION
    • Winners shall be determined solely on the basis of highest verified Prestige Points earned during Event for the respective Program.
    • FIRST PRIZE WINNER IN ANY EARLIER EDITION OF “CIO PRESTIGE POINT PROGRAM” SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE FIRST PRIZE AGAIN FOR THE CIO PRESTIGE POINT PROGRAM.
    • In the event of a tie for First Prize, the winner shall be determined through a lucky draw conducted by Organiser during the Event.
    • Participants not selected in the lucky draw shall automatically become eligible for the subsequent Prize category.
    • Where there is a tie even for any other prize category, the Organiser may determine the winner through a lucky draw conducted during the Event.
    • Organiser’s decision regarding winner determination shall be final and binding.

  1. CAR PRIZE
    • The First Prize CIO Prestige Program shall be awarded only in the form of the announced vehicle.
    • No cash alternative, exchange, transfer, substitution or upgrade shall be permitted.
    • Notwithstanding anything contained in any communication, the Organiser shall bear only the ex-showroom price of the vehicle in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
    • Registration charges, insurance, road tax, accessories, handling charges and all other on-road expenses shall be borne by the winner unless otherwise communicated by the Organiser.
    • Winner shall furnish all documents required by Organiser for purchase, registration and statutory compliance.
  2. GIFT VOUCHERS
    • Gift vouchers shall be non-transferable and shall not be redeemable for cash.
    • The details of the Gift vouchers shall be emailed to the winners within 7 (seven) business days from the date of the announcement of the winners upon submission of signed prescribed Declaration.
  3. TAXES
    • All prizes shall be subject to applicable Indian tax laws. Organiser shall comply with all applicable statutory tax obligations before releasing any prize.
    • TDS, if applicable as per Income Tax law, on the Prize value shall be borne by the Organiser.
    • Winners shall provide Permanent Account Number (PAN) and other information and documents as reasonably required by the Organiser for tax and other compliances.
  4. DISQUALIFICATION

Organiser reserves the right to: (a) verify participant eligibility; (b) verify Prestige Points; (c) review participant activities; (d) disqualify participants; (e) withhold prizes; (f) cancel or recover prizes where any participant is found to have engaged in manipulation or breach of these Terms.

  1. EMPLOYER COMPLIANCE AND WINNER’S DECLARATION
    • Each participant represents and warrants that participation in the Program and acceptance of any prize is in compliance with applicable laws, his/her employer’s code of conduct, ethics policy, gift and hospitality policy, anti-bribery policy and any other applicable contractual obligations.
    • Prior to the release or handover of any prize, each winner shall execute and submit a signed Declaration in the form prescribed by the Organiser.
    • Organiser reserves the right to withhold, defer or refuse release of any prize where the required Winner’s Declaration has not been submitted.
    • Any false declaration or misrepresentation made by a winner shall entitle the Organiser to disqualify such participant and, where legally permissible, cancel, withhold or recover the prize.
  2. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, winners consent to Organiser using their name, designation, organisation, photograph and prize details for promotional, publicity and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

  1. INDEMNITY

Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organiser, its affiliates, directors, employees and sponsors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses, arising out of or in connection with: (i) any false, inaccurate or misleading representation, declaration provided by the participant; (ii) any fraud, misconduct or willful default committed by the participant; (iii) participant’s violation of any applicable law, or 3rd party right; (v) participant’s failure to comply with his/her employer’s internal policies or applicable approvals relating to participation in the Event or acceptance of any prize. The obligations contained herein shall survive completion of the Prestige Points Program.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this Program and these Terms and Conditions

  1. ORGANISER’S RIGHTS

Organiser reserves the right to: (a) verify participant information; (b) amend these Terms where necessary due to legal, regulatory or operational requirements; (c) substitute prizes of equivalent value; (d) suspend, modify or cancel the Program in the event of fraud, force majeure, legal restrictions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Mumbai, India.
