Mr. Shim Mathew has been associated with the VIBGYOR Group of Schools since 2006 and currently serves as Director – Academic Operations & International Partnerships for 40 schools across India. With over 25 years of experience in education, he has worked across state, national, and international boards, focusing on enhancing teaching-learning processes and building inclusive school cultures.

He has led key initiatives such as VIBGYOR MUN, STEP (Student Teacher Exchange Programme), Career Counselling Cell, SSR Cell, AI Programme, Structure of Intellect Programme, and VIBGYOR ACE for engineering and medical entrance prep. He is also a speaker, panellist, and host of the podcast “Tell Me More.”

Shim is an active member of the EuMind programme and serves on the Executive Board of EUMIND India. He has received awards including the Excellence in Social Service by IDF and the Abraham Lincoln Headmaster’s Award (2017–18). A postgraduate in English Literature with an M.Phil and B.Ed, he lives in Mumbai with his family and enjoys nature, music, and sports
