Jayakumar, Executive Vice President &amp; Head \u2013 Corporate Human Resources (CHRO)<\/strong>, Larsen &amp; Toubro Limited, is a highly accomplished HR professional with over 36 years of experience and has a proven track record of leading strategic HR initiatives and driving organizational transformation, including digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>He has been the Head of HR for various businesses, independent companies, and JVs within L&amp;T Group, including leadership roles in the Middle East &amp; Africa Region.<\/p>\n<p>An Alumnus of London Business School, Dr. Jayakumar is a recognized thought leader and speaker with extensive academic qualifications, including a doctorate in leadership. He holds various national and international certifications and actively contributes to various prestigious educational institutions and professional bodies. Effective June 2024, Dr C Jayakumar has also been Certified as an Executive Coach from the Coaching Foundation of India (CFI).<\/p>\n<p>Under his leadership, L&amp;T has achieved numerous recognitions, including SHRM HR Excellence Awards 2024, Great Place to Work certification, Golden Peacock HR Excellence Award, Ambition Box Employee Choice Awards, Company with Great Managers 2024, Gold Award by Stevie, Best Advance in Learning Strategy by Brandon Hall and many others.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jayakumar himself has been honoured with several prestigious awards for his achievements in HR.
