Her ability to lead change management initiatives, and transform people practices from reactive to proactive sustainable engagements has been instrumental in driving organizational success. Poonam has successfully handled mergers and post-merger integration, managed challenging IR and union management, specializing in organizational development interventions for team effectiveness.
