Businesses can be nominated for the awards by themselves or their agencies where the process will be open to businesses from PAN India.
All the nominations will be screened based on eligibility criteria, including innovative implementation, impact assessment, scalability and sustainability, tangible outcomes achieved, and the future roadmap with lessons learned. The screening will be conducted by a panel of Jury selected for their expertise and impartiality. These factors are relevant and critical to each category’s and will enable the jury to evaluate the businesses based on their. The nominees will be notified and required to provide additional information, if required by jury. The evaluation process will focus on measurable data that can objectively determine an individual’s success and to ensure the evaluation process is fair, unbiased, and objective. If the nominees doesn’t fulfil the eligibility criteria shall be disqualified.

ET NOW Top 100 BFSI Tech Leaders 2025 program aims to promote and recognize excellence of the Tech Leaders in the BFSI Sector. The awards program will provide an opportunity for individuals to showcase their achievements and be recognized for their contributions.
The winners will be announced through a formal ceremony. They will receive a trophy and a certificate of recognition for their outstanding performance. The announcement of the winners will also be publicized through various media channels to promote the winning individuals.
The ET NOW Top 100 BFSI Tech Leaders 2025 is a prestigious platform celebrating the trailblazers who have redefined the technology landscape in the BFSI Sector in India.
The awards are open to any BFSI Tech professional working within the country. Individuals in leadership positions within these organizations are eligible to apply for nominations. Applications can be submitted either directly by the individual or by an appointed point of contact on behalf of the individual.
To submit a nomination, please visit our website and follow the instructions using the online nomination system. Be mindful of the word limits for each segment while preparing your entry.
The nomination and evaluation process across all categories is entirely free, and no fees will be requested at any stage.
The deadline for submissions is 10th February 2025.
Yes, all submissions are treated with the utmost confidentiality. The information provided will not be disclosed to anyone other than the panel of juries.
a) Entries can be submitted by firm having business operations in India (hereinafter referred as “Applicant”). The Event is organised by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (“Organiser”).
b) An entry will be considered accepted only when the nomination fee as prescribed has been received by the Organiser. Cash not accepted.
c) All mandatory fields of the Nomination form need to be complete in all respects; else the nomination may be disqualified from participation.
d) The submitted content are the sole responsibility of the Applicant submitting the nomination and at no point in time the Organiser will be liable for the content submitted.
e) By submitting the nomination, Applicant permit the organizer to produce the content for the jury and any purposes related to the awards. All the information received from the Nominees shall be kept confidential and shall not be used for any purpose other than for the purpose it has been collected.
f) All information and documents shall be submitted by the Applicant in English language. Documents shall not be password protected and once submitted for evaluation are not permitted for any editing. Re-submission of documents are also not allowed.
g) Nominees understand that mere submission of nomination does not entitle for shortlisting or receiving the Award. Nominees shall depute their representative for the final award ceremony.
a) Organiser will not be a part of the decision-making process during Jury meetings.
b) Jury Member shall decide on evaluation/disqualification/qualification/re-categorisation for all Applicants.
c) If no Applicant in a category is found to be worthy of inclusion by the Jury, the Award category may be cancelled or merged with another category as per decision of the Jury members.
d) If jury member/s are from the same organization or firm that submitted a nomination, that specific entry will not be evaluated by those jury members. Instead, categories will be assessed by remaining panel of Jury.
e) The decision of the Jury shall be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Awards management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
f) Organizer shall not be under any obligation to disclose scores obtained by the Nominee/ Awardee.
g) Organisers may modify the terms of the Award without notice, hence Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.
h) Organiser has the right to ask for proof of information provided in the nomination form. If such a request is made and the participant does not agree or the information provided is incorrect then the participant could be disqualified and if the Award is already conferred, then the Awardee shall be liable to return the Award and withdraw the promotional materials from all the platforms.
i) Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage that a nominee, awardee or any 3rd party may suffer as a result of participating or attempting to participate the Awards or Awards being withdrawn or its terms being amended. Nominees and Winners agree that
they shall hold harmless the Organiser, its employees, officers or representatives and shall defend them against any loss, claim, demands, costs, damages, judgments, expenses or liability arising out of or in connection with any claims in connection with participation or winning the Award.
j) Organizers reserve the right to disqualify a nomination if it doesn’t meet the criteria and/or is misleading or may refuse the entries that may offend national or religious sentiments.
k) Organiser may contact the Applicants at the request of jury, during the evaluation process, should any questions about the implementation or presentation of the work arise.
l) Organiser shall have the right to use the submitted information in form of text, images, audio/video clips in Print, Radio, TV (free-to-air, pay, cable, satellite, direct-to-home), Mobile, Out-of-Home, Internet or any other Digital medium for promoting or reporting the awards, with due credit to the Applicant.
m) Organiser cannot and shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the Awards due to any force majeure reasons.
n) The decision of Organiser in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Applicant.
o) Please note that there will not be any refunds under any circumstances.
p) All entries shall be original work and if an entry is found to be plagiarized/ not factual, it will be disqualified. Applicant shall ensure they have intellectual property rights & other rights of brand being submitted for nomination.
q) Advertisement by Awardee should be only for the category in which they have received the award and not for some other category. Awardee may promote receipt of Award subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines and other applicable laws
r) All disputes relating to or arising out of the Awards / nominations shall be subject to the laws of India and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
