She is also a happiness coach and TEDx speaker, with an interest in building thoughtful and balanced workplaces. She has authored Demystifying Happiness and My Act of Heart. Recognized among the world’s Top 50 Happiness Leaders, Deepika brings a people-centered approach to leadership. At Ekam Analytics, she is building a team that includes both experienced professionals and fresh talent from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on learning, inclusion, and steady growth.  

She has also been recognized by the Women Economic Forum and is a recipient of the Karmaveer Chakra Bronze Award in association with the United Nations.
