She successfully completed the WHO-PQ Rotational fellowship in the assessment of Pharmaceuticals at WHO-Geneva<\/li>\n<li>In her current role at CDSCO, Dr. Visala focuses on critical areas such as the regulation of recombinant products, investigational new drugs, and cellular &amp; gene therapy products &amp; assists the Drug Controller India (DCI) in the enforcement of the Drugs &amp;Cosmetics Act<\/li>\n<li>Prior to this, she held significant responsibilities such as global clinical trials, serious adverse events &amp; compensation, and ethics committee registration, enforcement divisions of CDSCO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dr. Visala&#8217;s dedication and expertise have been recognized through various accolades, including the prestigious Best Drugs Inspector award and the inaugural Neha Shoree Award for Excellence in Drug Regulation.
