Mr. Manish Misra is the Chief Innovation Officer at Panasonic India, spearheading company’s Innovation Centre based in Bangalore. He is responsible for driving innovation to shape future products & solutions for Panasonic in India and markets beyond.  At Panasonic since May 2018, he focuses on IoT, Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, and Blockchain technologies, driving new businesses and revenue streams. 

With over 25 years of experience, Manish shared his career with IBM and worked for 19 years while leading various Engineering & R&D leadership roles across Japan, US and India. Prior to joining Panasonic in May 2018, he was associated with HID Global, a global leader in secure identities space. In HID Global he was Global Vice President of Cloud & Mobile Engineering and India R&D Centre head.  

Manish has been the chairperson for IBM India IEEE Activities Council and part of Program Committee that conceptualized and organized first ever IEEE Cloud Computing Conference in 2012 in India. He also holds many issued patents in his name. 

Manish graduated in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Varanasi and pursued management and innovation courses from Wharton and Harvard Business School in collaboration with IBM.
