Shalabh is MD – Head of Strategy & Transformation, BX India. He is leading the strategic transformation priorities for BX India, with major focus on Tech partner optimization, process automation, Technology Strategy and Innovation,

Prior to joining Barclays, Shalabh was with JP Morgan Chase, where he was responsible for driving technology, workforce and location strategy, tech transformation, and business management. He has held multiple roles across financial GCCs and consulting organizations in India and globally.

Shalabh is passionate about building a great, diverse work culture and developing talent as it helps create an inclusive environment & growth opportunity for both individuals and the organization as a whole.

He is an MBA, an engineering graduate, an AWS certified cloud practitioner, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). On the personal front, he is an automobile enthusiast, loves travelling and is a DIY person.
