In this role, he has global responsibility for Digital Transformation, Process Excellence and Information Technology Management for the organisation. Phani joined Dr. Reddy\u2019s in 2014 and played various roles \u2013 setting up the Analytics Centre of Excellence, leading corporate strategy and digital transformation for Dr. Reddy\u2019s India and Emerging markets businesses. Before joining Dr. Reddy\u2019s, he worked with Hewlett Packard for over 11 years with roles in strategy, analytics &#038; transformation consulting for customers across industries in the US, India &#038; Asia-Pacific. In 2021, Phani was listed in the Analytics India Magazine\u2019s 50 Most Influential AI Leaders in India.
