Anupama is an HR professional with more than 24 years of diverse industry experience in Human Resources & Industrial Relations domain with Integrity and Care as her core and defining values. Her career journey started with Standard Radiators in Vadodara as an HR Leader followed by Hutchison in Ahmedabad, and Hindalco Industries’ Foil & Wheel Division in Khanvel. 

She joined Cummins in 2006 as HR Leader of Cummins Exhaust India and over the years she served as HR Leader for Cummins Turbo Technologies, Components Business Unit, and Engine Business Unit. During her tenure she also led Organizational Development & Employee Engagement vertical as well as Talent Management function. Since 2020 she is a part of Cummins’ India Leadership Team as the Human Resources Leader for Cummins India. 

Anupama is certified in KF360 Degree PROFILOR, MBTI, and FIRO-B. These have enabled her to facilitate, interpret the assessment, and coach for development. 

She has done her Masters in Social Work and Masters in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys reading books on leadership, management, and self-help; and also loves to travel and explore new places around the globe.
