Navneet Kaur is the founder of FemTech India, India’s first and largest industry network dedicated to supporting female founders in women’s health tech. A recognized leader in women’s health, she is a UNFPA member supporting for women and girls in science and technology across South Asia through the Equity Alliance 2030 initiative. As a globally respected voice in FemTech, she authored the first-ever industry book on FemTech, Women’s Health Innovation, which has been recognized by UNFPA and presented at high-level UN meetings to highlight progress in women’s health initiatives.

As the founder and CEO of FemTech India, Navneet has built a thriving ecosystem of 170+ companies and over 200 female founders worldwide. She is also the host of The FemTech India Podcast, a globally recognized show that has reached 1.2 million+ listeners across 90+ countries, making it India’s #1 women’s health and FemTech globally. Through this podcast, she has successfully brought together founders, investors, policymakers, and healthcare lead.
