Her career spans renowned organizations like GE Money Servicing, NTT DATA, Kony Inc., HighRadius, and Tanla Platforms. At Kony Inc., she ascended from Manager to Vice President in just seven years, solidifying her reputation as a transformative leader. She has played a crucial role in scaling organizations from 10 to 100, ensuring that companies not only grow but also sustain their success through strong leadership, agile HR frameworks, and a high-performance culture.
