Aditi currently holds Chief People Officer, National Commodity & Derivative Exchange Limited (NCDEX) and is a member of the Board of Directors, NCDEX Institute of Commodity Markets and Research (NICR).

Part of key leadership team of NCDEX Group, she leads the Human Resources & CSR Function for India’s largest professionally managed technology-driven Exchange which has been a pioneer India’s agri-commodity eco-system. She has multi-cultural and sectoral experience over 20 years in IT Education, Financial Services, Consulting, Information Technology and Manufacturing with highly respected brands like Tata Steel, PwC and NIIT Ltd.

For her rounded contribution to HR and industry, Aditi has been felicitated several times by the industry such as HR Trail Blazer 2024, CHRO of the Year Award by Global Leaders Award Forum, Innovator of the Year, Top 20 Learning & Organization Development Champion and such others. That aside under her leadership, NCDEX has won prestigious awards such as India’s Most Preferred Workplaces 2024 (BFSI Edition), Arogya World Healthy Workplace Certificate 2023, Best HR Team, Leading Practices in Pandemic Response, HR Excellence in Learning & Development and HR Excellence in Health & Safety Initiatives hosted by People First HR and Business World.

She holds an EPHRM from IIM Kolkata, PGDBM (IIPM, New Delhi), and BSc from Calcutta Univ. Aditi is a Certified Corporate Director, from Institute of Directors, Associate Certified Coach from ICF, Certified in Information & Cyber Security, Certified Assessor for CII HR Excellence Awards, Certified DISC Assessor, trained in Innovation Tools like Six Thinking Hats and other psychometric tools.

She enjoys providing her thought leadership in forums such as CII, AIMA, NHRD, India’s Top Schools (IIMs, IITs) on a range of diverse management and contemporary topics. Her articles are regularly featured in respected magazines such as The Economist, Business World, People Matters, Economic Times etc. She periodically also writes in her professional blog as well.

She is also part of Advisory Council Board of NHRDN, East, held Committee member positions in CII Western Region and CII – HR Eastern Chapter. She is also a lifetime member of NHRD.

Pursues her philanthropic interest through volunteering programs in causes close to her heart such as education for all, women advancement and elderly care.
