Benjamin Felix Rajkumar serves as the Chief People Officer at Page Industries Limited, where he leads the People function and oversees workforce strategy, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness to drive the company’s growth. He plays a key role in cultivating a high-performance culture and enhancing talent practices to boost overall business efficiency. 

With more than 16 years of Human Resources experience, Benjamin possesses deep knowledge in people strategy, leadership and culture, employee relations, HR business partnering, as well as learning and organisational development. He focuses on aligning talent strategies with business goals, fostering future-ready leadership pipelines, and empowering teams to achieve sustained results. 

Prior to joining Page Industries, Benjamin was Chief People Officer at CaratLane, managing all aspects of People & Culture for the jewellery brand’s omni-channel operations. Previously, he led Corporate HR Business Partnering at Titan Company Limited and also led their Leadership Development vertical, creating and implementing initiatives across leadership levels to enhance organisational capability and succession planning. 

Benjamin holds an engineering degree and earned his PGDM from XLRI School of Business & Human Resources, Jamshedpur.
