Ms. Natasha Tiwary is a seasoned human resources executive with 19.5 years of professional experience, including 11.5 years of distinguished service at AbbVie India. She currently holds the position of Director – Human Resources, with comprehensive responsibility for the country-wide HR function, strategically overseeing all divisions including Ophthalmology, Specialty Care, Oncology, and Aesthetics.

Prior to her tenure at AbbVie, Ms. Tiwary held HR leadership roles at Capgemini (erstwhile iGate Global Solutions, 2006–2010) and ING Life (2010–2014).
