Pallavi Pareek is a workplace governance expert, corporate investigator and the founder of Ungender and Conduct platform, a legal-tech platform focused on building safer and more accountable workplaces. With over two decades of experience, she works at the intersection of law, technology, and organisational culture to strengthen systems for preventing and addressing workplace sexual harassment.

Her work spans advisory to organisations on compliance with India’s Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, investigations, Internal Committee capacity building, and culture transformation. Alongside corporate advisory, she is engaged in policy advocacy aimed at improving institutional accountability and access to justice in workplace harassment matters.
