Milesh J is the Head of Strategy & Operations, SAP Labs India and he is responsible for the overall location strategy and operational efficiency of SAP Labs India. He drives the innovation charter and key strategic initiatives for the organization, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring overall strategy alignment with the broader objectives of SAP. Milesh manages strategic cross organizational projects, synergizing across all lines of business in SAP Labs India and liaising externally with industry, the Government, and ecosystem.

A distinguished leader in Product Engineering, Mileshhas been associated with SAP for 24 years with a career spanning across critical domains, including Product Development, Product Management, Business Development, Customer Engagement, and Consulting. Milesh brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in strategic planning, business development, and innovation. 

In his former role as Vice President and Head of S/4HANA Data Transformation & Enterprise Content Management unit, Milesh managed product development teams, with a specific focus on cloud engineering and successfully delivered the product portfolio roadmap. With an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad, he possesses extensive practical experience and holds a robust foundation in strategic business management.
