Koteswar is a senior digital technology leader with more than two decades of experience in driving large scale digital transformation in the banking world through Cloud adoption, AI, Simplification, Automation, Agile delivery and dynamic thought leadership. ​

His recent work around re-engineering of Credit approval platforms for Banks, Corporates and Funds and the rollout of nextGen platform Risk Application for Data And Reporting (RADAR) has won multiple international awards for engineering excellence. Prior to this, Koteswar had successful international stints as Head of Technology in Retail Credit Decisioning, CRM systems, Business Intelligence and Clickstream Data warehousing. ​

Koteswar is passionate about driving organizational transformation and change, improving performance and efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. He loves honing early talent and is credited for setting-up and sponsoring the industry leading Graduate Programme within HSBC India Technology centre. ​

Koteswar holds Masters in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay and has a couple of international publications to his name in Nano-Nano Composites.
