He has two decades of experience in banking, analytics and using data to drive business decisions. He joined Axis Bank in 2010 and over the last 12 plus years has played a key role in establishing a strong analytics practice across the bank.\n\nPrior to Axis Bank, Mr. Balaji spent close 1o years in the U.S. credit card business.
