• Last 18 years as CFO with various MNCs like GE, Schneider Electric, Tyco Group, G4S Security and Herbalife before joining Maruti Suzuki.

• Prior to the CFO stints worked with the Tata Group for 8 years in various areas of Finance & Accounts including Chief Accounting Officer for 4 years in a listed company
• Had exposures in managing other functions like IT, Supply Chain, Channel Management & HR as a add on with CFO roles in last 18 years.
• Handled a Global Finance Transformation experience (Global Finance ERP & Digital Strategy) over and above the CFO role in a British MNC

Education: An Economics Graduate and a Professional Accountant by qualification + MBA from IIM-Bangalore. + Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma from GE.
