Navreet is a well-rounded HR professional with a 19-year career spanning diverse roles and organizations. She has expertise in HR functions like talent management, compensation, and benefits, and strategic HR business partnering. Navreet has a proven record of designing and implementing talent management strategies that attract and retain top talent. She has partnered with the business teams to build high-performing teams, executed successful HR initiatives, and promoted diversity and inclusion to build a workplace where everyone can thrive.

She joined Intuit seven years ago as an HRBP for the Customer Group team focusing Turbo Tax product. After that, she partnered with the Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG) as HRBP for QuickBooks Desktop segment. In both these roles, she closely collaborated with the leadership team and played a critical role in guiding them through their transformational journey and strategically managing talent. In her current role as a Tech Ecosystem HRBP, she leads organization-wide initiatives and collaborates with leaders to drive People priorities at the Global and Intuit India level and contributes to organizational transformation initiatives.

She is also co-chair of the Tech Women at Intuit initiative in India, where she engages with the tech women community at Intuit and curates’ initiatives for attracting, engaging, and developing women talent at Intuit. Before joining Intuit, Navreet worked in various HR roles at organizations like Wipro, Alcatel Lucent, Sandisk, and Samsung. She is a graduate of Panjab University and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from the Goa Institute of Management.
