Neelam Dhawan is an accomplished business leader with over 40 years of experience in the information technology industry. Recognized for the pivotal role she has played in shaping the IT industry in India, Neelam has been honored by Fortune, Forbes and Business today as one of the Most Powerful Women in Business. In India, Neelam is listed among India’s ‘Top Inspiration Women Leaders’ by the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Currently, she serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of prominent companies such as ICICI Bank Limited, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Capita PLC, Fractal Analytics Pvt Ltd, Tech Mahindra Limited, and Yatra Online Inc. In addition, she chairs the boards of Capillary Technologies and Ather Energy Limited. Alongside her board responsibilities, Neelam mentors and advises various organizations including C2FO on business transformation.

Her previous roles include serving on the Supervisory Board of Royal Philips Netherlands (2012-2022) and leading IBM India’s Advisory Board from 2018 to 2020.
