Mr. Singh is currently General manager (Project), Beltron, IT Dept. GoB. He joined this assignment post retirement as DDG, NIC.

He is founder SIO, NIC for Bihar & Jharkhand. Also, he has served as DDG & SIO of Uttar Pradesh and NIC Delhi.

During his tenure, he led the computerization efforts in critical areas like finance, treasury, transport, and more, placing Bihar on the national IT map. Later, in Uttar Pradesh, he has initiated and managed several pioneering e-Governance projects, making UP one of the first states to implement key infrastructure projects like SDC, SWAN, and CSC

Mr. Singh has rich experience of more than 33 years in the field of technology, egovernance, cyber security and headed may prestigious central & state government projects. He has unique experience of working in all three types of organizations – Private Company, Public Sector Undertaking (NTPC) and Government Department.

Education Qualification

• BE Hons in Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani
• Master’s Degree in Management (MBA) from L.N. Mishra Institute, Patna.
