Ashwani Nath is the Chief Commercial Officer for Logistics at DP World Subcontinent. Ashwani leads the commercial organisation which
encompasses all the logistics businesses of DP World Subcontinent – Express Logistics, Contract Logistics and Cold Chain, Freight
Forwarding, Rail & Inland Terminals and Economic Zones. He is responsible for driving new products & solutions development while
helping prioritise growth initiatives for the logistics businesses in the subcontinent.

Prior to joining DP World Subcontinent, he was Vice President – ECommerce, Global Head of E-Channel Solutions at GEODIS based out of France. In this role, he was responsible for global leadership on new strategic projects, development of product strategy, innovation and knowledge management leading to execution and successful launch of three e-commerce logistics products.

In his distinguished career of over 35 years, Ashwani has held several senior roles in leading companies across India, Sri Lanka, Italy, Netherlands, and France. Among his several achievements, he has ably led business development and solutions creating optimization & efficiency improvement, successfully established market leadership in several of the businesses he has managed, created innovative solutions for stronger partnerships with key c-suite clients, has set up new businesses, turned around existing ones with excellent project management skills.

Ashwani holds an economic honours degree and MBA from Panjab University, Chandigarh and has also participated in executive leadership programmes at Henley UK, Babson, Boston, NUS Singapore, Esade Barcelona and Harvard for innovation and disruption.
