Raja, a Bachelor in Chemistry from PSG College of Arts and Science & Masters in Social Work
(Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) from the Madras School of Social Works is a 25 Year HR Veteran, with leadership level experience in Energy Technology, Power Engineering and Automation domains.

Raja earlier worked at Hitachi Energy India Ltd where he was the Country HR Director and concurrently served as the Managing Director for Hitachi Energy Technology Services Pvt Ltd. Prior to Hitachi he was HR Head , Global Operations at ABB based out of Zurich, Switzerland. He joined ABB as a Management Trainee and has been associated with ABB limited for about two decades prior to demerger of Hitachi from ABB.
