Mr Rajesh Dogra is the CCXO-Chief Customer Experience Officer at Air India. In this role he is responsible for managing transformation of Air India customer experience across all customer journey touchpoints globally. Despite the massive landscape and several inherent challenges, Mr. Dogra has managed to deliver exponential value within a very short period of time. With focus on customer centricity, Mr. Dogra is building a robust governance structure, bringing in IT innovations, improved processes and incubating a world class service-oriented work culture which will help in making Air India a world class airline.
He also sits on the Board of Directors of Air India SATS, a Joint Venture between Air India and Singapore Airlines providing ground handling and cargo services at major Indian airports.
Mr. Dogra is a Tata veteran and before joining Air India in 2022 he was the Global Program Director of Passport Seva Program at Tata Consultancy Services. He set up and managed India’s most iconic passport seva program since inception for over 10 years, which led to massive transformation of Indian passport services globally. He has spearheaded various eGovernance and large public services transformation programs in India and abroad and won many awards from the Government of India and Industry. In his current role Mr Dogra is deeply engaged in transforming customer experience at Air India
