Rutu is from a small village named Arad near Halol. She has completed her Higher Secondary education. She is working at MG’s Body Shop for 6 years now. Currently, she is deployed at the final line and she is skilled to work in any area of body shop including spot welding, mig welding, robotics etc. The limitless and encouraging environment at work, and her commitment to succeed in life, have facilitated her to take the driving seat of her own life. She joined MGI when her daughter was just 8 months old. Today, she provides for her daughter’s education. She takes prides in working with MG in the social circles as well.
