Aashish has been with Asian Paints for 33 years. His current role he heads the Information Technology function of the Asian Paints group and reports to the CEO. Leading the digital innovation for transforming the group from a Paints to a D\u00e9cor products and services D2C organization are his current focus areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to this has worked in various roles and functions. Having started his career in IT in Asian paints has worked on development of applications in area of Manufacturing and Logistics. Was instrumental in the transition of Asian Paints to packaged applications and adoption of ERP and advanced planning solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He moved to Manufacturing and was responsible for all plants in India and worked on building large and highly automated manufacturing facilities to meet the growing demand in India operations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was then heading the Supply chain of the decorative business till March of 2019 responsible for areas from Manufacturing, Planning, Sourcing, Purchase and Logistics for the $2 Bn Supply chain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
