In 2004, Arvind established a technology and analytics-led employee benefits broking firm working closely with CHROs across various corporations in helping them shape their benefits strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Arvind later merged his broking firm into JLT\u2019s broking operations in India, where he was named the Deputy CEO and Member of the Board. During\u00a0his tenure at JLT, Arvind led the Employee Benefits Practice, served as CFO, established the Global Employee Benefits Analytics COE and set\u00a0up the Employee Benefits Global Service Team. Arvind has 25 years of experience in advising clients on benefits consulting and administration, strategy and investment planning.
