Innovation. She also operates in board positions wherein she is entrusted to advise the board & operating management on market growth strategies, governance & culture dynamics. Manu is a graduate of the GE Human Resources Leadership Program (#HRLP) and started her career as a Finance Analyst with Tata Unisys.<\/p>

Alongside corporate endeavors, Manu is an active industry spokesperson & participant in country\u2019s growth efforts, championing the case of #Innovation, #GIG Work Formats, and #Digital Transformation. She is the Co-Chairperson of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) \u2013 Western Region HR & Leadership Committee, Member of CII – National Leadership & HR Committee, and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) \u2013 Asia Pacific Advisory Board. She also serves on the Board of Jombay & Frontier Group of Companies.
