Shivangi holds a B.L.S.LL.B. Degree from Government Law College, Mumbai. She is an advocate, specializing in laws related to sexual harassment, gender and child rights with <\/span>10 years<\/span><\/b> of experience. She is the Co-Founder of Equilibrio Advisory LLP (<\/span>https:\/\/equilibrioadvisory.com\/<\/span><\/a>), a legal-psychology firm with POSH at Work, Child Safety at Work, Inclusion at Work and Mental Health at Work as its verticals. POSH at Work is empanelled by Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India since February, 2017.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

She assists with various kinds of policy drafting including policies for inclusion of trans folks at workplaces. She is currently assisting <\/span>300+ organizations<\/span><\/b> in complying with the POSH law and acting as an external member of ICs of <\/span>20+ organizations.<\/span><\/b> She has handled<\/span> 200+ complaints<\/span><\/b>, conducted<\/span> 250+ training<\/span><\/b> \/ awareness sessions involving <\/span>1,00,000+ individuals<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

She has spoken at <\/span>50+<\/span><\/b> events including <\/span>Women Economic Forum <\/span><\/b>(Kerala & Bengaluru), <\/span>CII (IWN)<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>IE University, Spain<\/span><\/b>. She was also a part of a discussion with <\/span>United Nations Women<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>National Commission for Women<\/span><\/b> on Sexual Harassment at Workplace. She is the President of Maharashtra Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, <\/span>WICCI<\/span><\/b> and India Country Chair of <\/span>G100<\/span><\/b>, Child Care & Protection Wing.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

She has co-authored a book titled \u2018<\/span>Handbook on the Law of Sexual Harassment<\/span><\/a>,\u2019 both editions published by Thomson Reuters and written <\/span>100+<\/span><\/b> articles \/ notes \/ opinions some of which have been reported by <\/span>Business Standard<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Huffington Post<\/span><\/a> etc. She has also been quoted by leading newspapers like <\/span>Economic Times<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Livemint<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Business Standard<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
