Prior to this role, he has managed roles like \u00a0Head of Compensation, Powai, Head of Global Compensation for Wholesale Corporate and Joint Head of Global Compensation apart from managing various HR functions.<\/p><p>Arijit is passionate about driving inclusivity and sustainability agenda at workplace. He strongly believes that developing future talent towards these goals will create a sustainable impact for the organizations and the community at large.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Prior to Nomura, he has worked with Banking and Manufacturing sectors in Compensation and HR Advisory roles.
