She has been conferred the Distinguished Alumnus Award by XLRI in 2016. Madhavi is a member of the CII National Committee on Leadership and HR and was Chairperson &#8211; CII Indian Women Network (IWN) \u2013 Western Region 2020-21. She is also a founding member of the HR Committee for FICCI. She is on the list of top 50 HR Influencers for 2020 and top 50 HR Thought Leaders for 2022 in ETHR World list . Recently, Madhavi \u202fhas received HR Lifetime Achievement Award 2021 by People in Business India LLP.
