Reema is Chief Information & Digital officer at Hero MotoCorp, she is responsible for driving growth and strategy for transforming the business into 

Digital by creating new value through digital tools, platforms and processes. Reema also serves as Board of Director of HMCMM (Hero MotoCorp & Marelli JV).  

She is a well-known name in the technology industry and has led a succession of large teams in global matrix organization structures, cultivating strong partnerships, and executive rigor throughout. She has held leadership roles in global organizations, like Unilever and GE.  

She has experience in defining & driving digital transformation, product design and user experience as well as experience in partnering business functions and leading technology-driven global transformation programs to digitize business. 

Reema is a fierce advocate of the Diversity and Inclusion agenda and strives to help attract, retain, and grow diverse talent. Reema sees inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment as the keys to building high performing teams that are self-motivated and driven to achieve  

Reema completed B.E, in Electronics and is a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  

She is married to Adetya who works in HPE and they have 14 years old daughter Deeksha. She loves travelling to new places and also is an avid cyclist.
