Currently serving as the Managing Director & Country Manager at Planview India Inc, she is responsible for driving digital transformation for a global customer base of 4,500 accounts and develop the India market at the same time. Shalini is an important part of Planview Inc’s growth strategy and will play a vital role in scaling up their Capability and Innovation Centre (CIC) that is a fully functional office across all global and business functions being represented and owned from India, being the largest team across regions for Planview.

Shalini is a well-respected member of the Software Product Council for India’s premier industry body NASSCOM and is a trusted advisor & mentor to industry executives on the Product scaling joumay. She continues to be a key contributor to the India GCC ecosystem, the Software Product ecosystem, and the start-up ecosystem in India

Her previous Global Product Management Leader role at Broadridge involved managing multiple product portfolios in various capacities across strategy, product management, engineering, client onboarding, and professional services and more. Among other products, she has built platforms that process world’s leading fixed income processing solutions and processes amounting to approximately 8 trillion dollars per day of trades. She also led their international capital Markets and investment management business teams.

Shalini’s remarkable career and expertise have positioned her as a visionary leader. She has received numerous awards and accolades in the FinTech category and is a sought-after keynote speaker at exclusive programs promoting women leaders. Her dedication to mentoring women in product leadership showcases her commitment to fostering inclusive and diverse workplaces.

A dedicated mother at home, Shalini is passionate about Carnatic music and is also fluent in six languages. She is also an excellent cook of many types of cuisine and enjoys teaching kids.
