Sheenam Ohrie is the Managing Director of Broadridge Financial Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and a vital leader in Broadridge’s Executive Leadership Team. She is responsible for crafting and executing the strategy for the India as a significant and critical hub for Broadridge. This includes leading Technology, Product, Professional Consulting, Managed Services Operations and Centre of Excellences for Innovation. As part of this role, she is responsible for mobilizing a global network of exceptionally talented, client-focused, and forward-thinking associates. She sponsors Broadridge’s engagement with the vibrant Fintech Startup Community. She also leads with passion and a strong commitment to academia.

Sheenam brings over three decades of rich experience in engineering, global delivery, product management and executive leadership roles. She is a versatile and strategic leader with a proven record of conceptualizing and delivering technology solutions for her customers. Prior to joining Broadridge, Sheenam was a Technology Executive and an APJ CIO leader at Dell Technologies. In her previous stints, she has led strategic business and technology roles at EdgeVerve – an Infosys Company, SAP, and Oracle.

Sheenam is a passionate executive coach and is an ICF Certified ACC and PCC Executive Coach. She is also a certified Lean and Design Thinking Coach.

Sheenam has been recognized by several industry forums.
