Shruti Kashyap is the CIO for Hindustan Unilever and the Head of IT for South Asia. She manages the entire technology landscape end to end for a 8Bn EUR business. She has been a key member driving the Reimagine HUL program to create industry leading platforms like Shikhar, India’s largest eB2B solution. Shruti has been with Unilever for over 18 years, doing a variety of roles across Sales, Marketing and Finance. She has led large digital transformation programs globally at Unilever and set up a global digital hub in Bangalore. She also led the GSK HUL merger, India’s largest FMCG merger, where technology played a pivotal role in landing the merger at the time of a pandemic. She is passionate about creating business value through innovation and experimenting with new technology and experiences.
