Reema is Chief Information & Digital officer at Hero MotoCorp, she is responsible for driving growth and strategy for transforming the business into<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Digital by creating new value through digital tools, platforms and processes. Reema also serves as Board of Director of HMCMM (Hero MotoCorp & Marelli JV).\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She is a well-known name in the technology industry and has led a succession of large teams in global matrix organization structures, cultivating strong partnerships, and executive rigor throughout. She has held leadership roles in global organizations, like Unilever and GE.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She has experience in defining & driving digital transformation, product design and user experience as well as experience in partnering business functions and leading technology-driven global transformation programs to digitize business.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She is married to Adetya who works in HPE and they have 14 years old daughter Deeksha.
