Nirupa is the Jt. Managing Director at Brigade Group, one of India\u2019s leading real estate developers. She has spent the past 14 years of her career overseeing the company\u2019s <\/span>Hotel, Office and Retail <\/span><\/b>portfolios.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She set up Asia\u2019s first real estate accelerator called <\/span>Brigade Real Estate Accelerator Program<\/span><\/b> (REAP) an initiative to mentor high-tech start-ups in real estate in 2016.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nirupa has a serial entrepreneurial bug in her and has successfully conceptualised and set up multiple award winning F&B outlets such as <\/span>HIGH Ultra Lounge and<\/span><\/b> Glass Kitchen & Bar<\/span><\/b>, in Bangalore. She launched Brigade\u2019s flexible workspaces brand called \u2013 <\/span>BuzzWorks <\/span><\/b>in 2019.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to joining Brigade Nirupa worked as a Senior Business Analyst with Ernst & Young LLP in the New York and North Carolina offices. She has bachelor\u2019s in economics from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University.\u00a0 She graduated on Deans List and as Vice President of her class.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nirupa is passionate about writing. Her articles are regularly published in the news and trade journals. Nirupa is a regular speaker at various top tier forums, conferences and think tanks. She is also <\/span>a two-time TEDx speaker<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nirupa has won multiple awards and has been recognised as a CNBC Young Turk and <\/span>Economic Times (ET) 40 under 40<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She is a fitness enthusiast regularly participates in triathlons. She completed the gruelling <\/span>Ironman in Copenhangen <\/span><\/b>earlier this year.
