Currently a Senior Specialist at FAO India, he leads the operational strategy, innovations and partnerships. Krishnan has worked in India, Nepal and Afghanistan focusing on rural livelihoods, climate resilience, food systems transformation and technology for development. Having held strategic leadership positions in organizations like Digital Green, The Climate Group and Actionaid International, he excels at building multi-agency coalitions that bridge high-level policy with ground-level impact, ensuring technology and capital empower smallholder farmers and marginalized communities.
