Shailesh Vickram Singh is a veteran venture capitalist with over 20 years of experience in startup investing, fund management, and impact-driven innovation. He is the Founding Partner of Climate Angels Fund, a SEBIregistered Category I fund managing ₹475 Crore (~$56 million), focused exclusively on early-stage climate tech startups across India and the U.S.
He is also the founder of GoMassive Earth Network, a climate-tech investment platform, and the Massive Earth Foundation, a non-profit driving deep research and ecosystem-building in air pollution, plastic waste, and livable cities. Through this, he leads LowCarbon.Earth, Asia’s largest climate-tech accelerator in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and collaborates with global institutions like World Bank (IFC), GIZ, Amazon, and Petronas.
Previously, Shailesh served as Executive Director at SeedFund (India’s marquee $54M earlystage VC) and Managing Director of a $170M private equity fund. He also held investment leadership roles at Unit Trust of India and Gujarat Venture Finance Limited, where LPs included the World Bank and CDC Group.
A sought-after voice on climate innovation, Shailesh has spoken at leading global forums including the Financial Times Asia Summit, UNEP Nairobi, and the UN Regional Forum. His insights are regularly featured in media such as Economic Times, CNBC, Moneycontrol, YourStory, and more.
