A significant milestone in his career was his five-year tenure at Villa Crespi, working alongside the renowned Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, where his contributions helped the restaurant earn its second Michelin star, cementing his reputation for culinary excellence.

His expertise spans continents, with key roles in Russia, Qatar, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Saipan. These global experiences have enriched his culinary repertoire, allowing him to master diverse cuisines while gaining a profound understanding of international culinary traditions.

In 2016, Chef Fracalossi joined the Hyatt family, where his innovative approach and unwavering dedication to excellence earned him widespread recognition.
