These terms and conditions govern my participation in the Programme on the course opted in the Registration form organized by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (\u201cOrganiser\u201d).     I am aware that the sessions (online\/ offline) of the Masterclass shall be conducted as per the scheduled Agenda as available on the Masterclass website. I also understand that in case if I miss any session, no make-up session will be provided to me. I understand that certification for the Masterclass will be issued to me, Provided that, I successfully completed my assessment (if applicable) after attending all sessions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t

    If any course materials are provided, i.e., slides, handouts, and recordings (\u201cMasterclass Materials\u201d) by the Organiser, it will be only for personal use. I shall not distribute, modify, or share Masterclass materials without prior written consent from the Organiser.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t

    I understand that all intellectual property rights in the Masterclass & Masterclass materials are owned by the Organiser. I am not permitted to use, modify or reproduce any Masterclass materials without the Organiser\u2019s prior written consent.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t

    I undertake that I shall not be involved in any act, which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, violative of any law, infringement of any IPR, misleading statements, causing harm to other attendees, breach of any rules of Event premises (on ground session), failing which Organiser shall have the right to restrict me from attending the session and there shall not be any refund.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t

    I understand that any substitute shall be at the discretion of the organiser, subject to advance intimation being provided to the organiser.
