Selection Process

Parameter Definition and Segmentation

The knowledge partner will establish specific parameters to evaluate individual energy leadership. This includes criteria such as innovation in energy technologies, demonstrated leadership in sustainability, influence on energy policies, and contribution to the energy transformation. Each parameter will be weighted based on its strategic importance.

Self-Nomination and Applications

Individuals can self-nominate by submitting an application through the event’s official portal.

Initial Evaluation and Shortlisting

The research partner will review all nominations alongside a curated list of potential candidates. The evaluation will focus on the established parameters to ensure alignment with the conclave’s goals, thereby shortlisting individuals who exemplify outstanding leadership.

Final Shortlisting and Notification

Based on evaluation scores, a final list of approximately 200 individuals will be selected. Successful individuals will be officially notified and invited to participate in the conclave, where their leadership contributions will be recognized.

Recognition and Engagement

Selected leaders will be spotlighted across the conclave’s communications and publications, enhancing their professional profile. Case studies and success stories may be featured in dedicated conclave literature or media, inspiring broader industry engagement and collaboration.

The individual’s current job title, designation, and organizational affiliation carry a contribution weightage of 12%, reflecting their responsibility and position within the energy sector.
Years of experience and specialized knowledge in domains like solar, wind, hydro, or hydrogen contribute 10% to the evaluation.
Major projects led and technological innovations represent the highest weightage of 18%, highlighting practical impact and achievements.
Publications, patents, conference presentations, and media engagements account for 10%, demonstrating thought leadership.
Contributions to sustainability promotion, clean energy initiatives, and policy advocacy hold a 12% weightage.
Participation in strategic collaborations and international partnerships contributes 10% to the assessment.
Recognitions and awards from government, industry, or academia carry an 8% weightage, validating credibility and accomplishments.
Academic degrees and professional certifications supporting energy expertise represent 5% of the contribution.
Reputation and influence, including geographic scope and impact of work domestically and internationally, account for 10%.
Vision and future outlook for advancing the energy transformation hold a 5% weightage, emphasizing strategic foresight and sustainability commitment.
