This process churns curd using a special clockwise and anticlockwise technique to create pure, health-benefiting Vedic ghee. His organization, Gir Gau Jatan Sansthan, produces over 200 panchgavya products, ranging from herbal ghee to Ayurvedic wellness items and organic fertilizers, while employing around 100 people and boosting the local economy.
\nThe company exports its products to more than 123 countries. One of their special items is a signature ghee made with various herbs & saffron. This ghee, which is sold for as much as \u20b92 lakh per kilogram, is not eaten but applied on the skin to treat skin diseases. It is highly popular among health-conscious customers.

In addition to cow rearing, His farm grows crops using jaivik fertilizer called advance jivamrut made from cow dung, cow urine, kitchen waste and neem, peepal, drumstick tree leaves. The fertilizer, prepared in a special anaerobic bag, is an eco-friendly alternative to chemical fertilizers, helping to make farming more sustainable.

Available in 12 regional languages, this app has been downloaded more than 18,000 times. It provides detailed instructions on how to rear cows using ancient vedic principles.
